TICKETS

What are your box office Hours?

Monday-Friday 10AM-8PM

Saturdays 10AM- 8PM

Sundays 10AM- 6PM



Do you offer group discounts?

Does my child need a ticket?

Our ticket policy is that anyone entering the theatre requires a ticket.  For the comfort of yourselves and the patrons around you we reccomend not bringing any child under the age of 3.

What is your exchange policy?

There are no exchanges on tickets unless you are a subscriber. For more information becoming a subscriber, inquire at the Box Office. 

Can I buy gift certificates for performances or special events?

Gift Certificates can be purchased for any performance or special event, please visit our gift card page or call the box office for more information.

AT THE THEATRE

What time should I arrive before the performance?

If you need to pick up tickets we recomend getting to the theatre approximatey a 1/2 hour before the show.  Doors to the theatre will open approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled show time.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late seating is at the discretion of the production. Refund and exchange policies apply.

Are you handicap accessible?

Yes, The theatre is handicap accessible, we have many seats set up on our orchestra level for wheelchairs that do not require any elevators or lifts.  Ushers will also be available to assist patrons to their seats if they wish to transfer from a wheelchair to a theatre seat. Please let the box office know when booking tickets so we can be sure to assist you upon arrival.

What shows are appropriate for kids?

All of our childrens theatre and Youth production shows are perfect for all ages.  Our mainstage and special event shows will note if they are not appropriate for certain age groups.
